Don’t let the date scare you off! This GraceCity sponsored Pressure Points event promises a safe space to engage in learning and discussion around this critical issue. Our expert presenters will discuss practices of discrimination shaping Baltimore and its neighborhoods, while diving into the causes and consequences of residential segregation. Our interactive evening will include break-out discussion groups, plenty of Q&A, and stories from GraceCity members highlighting the diversity of perspectives and experiences of living in Baltimore. The evening will conclude with a facilitated conversation about ways in which individuals and institutions can address segregation, promote inclusivity, champion reconciliation, and generate opportunities for all Baltimore residents.
